The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, Government of India, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 30 July 2026 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, for the establishment of India's first Telecom Manufacturing Zone (TMZ), Phase-I, at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
