The Department of Food and Public Distribution (DFPD), Government of India, along with its PSUs, attached and subordinate offices, participated in the nationwide cleanliness initiative 'Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath' on October 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The initiative was undertaken as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign across various locations in the country.
The DFPD organised a cleanliness drive at the outer premises of Hanuman Mandir, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, New Delhi.
