CARA organises adoption awareness workshop in Manipur to combat Illegal adoption

The Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), under the aegis of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, organised an Adoption Awareness Workshop at North A.O.C., Imphal, Manipur on 23rd September 2026, under the theme "Legal Adoption. Safe Childhood. Secure Future. Say No to Illegal Adoption!". The workshop was organised in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Manipur, and Manipur State Adoption Resource Agency (SARA).
