AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant/plaintiff has filed a letter dated 05.03.2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), stating that the matter is settled out of Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. The said letter is taken on record.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
