AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining non-compliance with the order dated 08.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1429 of 2018 by the respondent/contemnor.
2. As per the submissions made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent, the aforesaid order of this Court has already been implemented. The said fact was also recorded when the matter was taken up on the previous occasions i.e., on 14.10.2020 and 16.02.2026, however, it was observed that there was delay in implementation of the order.
