AMARAVATI, India, May 15 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 10:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.21397 of 2023.

Sri Siva Nagarjuna Sidhadapu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.21397 of 2023, hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
