AMARAVATI, India, May 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 23:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the Order of this Court dated 26.09.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.31361 of 2022 wherein this Court directed the respondents to conduct survey as per Section 10(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and pass appropriate orders.

2. After notice, respondents have filed counter affidavit, wherein they have stated that on 08.11.2022, the petitioner was requested to attend enquiry along with their supporting documents, on which date, the petitioner attended the enquiry but failed to produce any documents supporting his claim.
