This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26114 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26114 of 2024, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim if any. No order as to costs.
