AMARAVATI, India, April 3 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 2:
1. The contempt case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the interim orders dated 20.10.2017, passed in W.P.M.P.No.43202 of 2017 in W.P.No.34761 of 2017.
2. When the matter is called, Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode, submits that in view of the final orders passed in the main writ petition, the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the contempt case.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed.
4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
