ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON S. NAZEEB AHMED V/S MR L ABDUL KHADIR B E M I E, ET AL.

AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:

1. No representation for the writ petitioner.

2. On the other hand, Sri Shaik Khaja Basha, learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board submit that interim orders dated 03.04.2017 have been complied in toto by paying the requisite amount of Rs.7,33,114/- by way of cheque bearing No.592659 dated 13.07.2018 drawn in favour of S.Nazeeb Ahmed who is none other than the writ petitioner.

3. To that effect, the learned Standing Counsel also forwarded his relevant bunch of documents; the same is made part of record.

4. By recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
