AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dt.03.03.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.6937 of 2015 in W.P.No.5216 of 2015.
2. When the matter was taken up, Mr. V.S.K.Krishna Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Roy Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that the main writ petition was disposed of, vide order dated 16.03.2023. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondent.
3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
