AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
1. The present contempt case is filed challenging the non-implementation of the interim order dated 26.11.2018 in W.P.No.35820 of 2018 under which the respondents are directed to implement the minimum time scale in favour of the petitioner.
2. Pending the contempt case, the Writ Petition itself is disposed of on 04.10.2018 by observing as under:
"On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.
