AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter dated 09.03.2026, stating that the appellant has settled the matter with the respondents and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. The letter is taken on record.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
