AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dt.22.04.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.15622 of 2015 in W.P.No.11825 of 2015.
2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that the main writ petition was disposed of, vide order dated 17.02.2018. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondents.
3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
