AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24611 of 2018.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the contempt case, the Writ Petition itself was disposed of. As such no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
