ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MODEPALLI VENKATESWARLU V/S POTTURU SEETHARAMAMMA AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 15 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 10:

1. The contempt case has been filed alleging violation of order dated 30.10.2009 passed in C.R.P.No.5117 of 2009.

2. However, subsequently, the Civil Revision Petition itself was disposed of vide orders dated 04.02.2016, as such, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
