ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MADALA SIVA DURGA V/S A MD IMTIYAZ AHAMED AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. This Contempt Case is filed complaining the willful disobedience of the interim order, dated 10.03.2020 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.5863 of 2020.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.5863 of 2020 was disposed of on 20.12.2024.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
