AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, cause in the contempt case does not survive and there remains nothing for adjudication, as such prayed to close the contempt case.
2. Recording the said submission, the Contempt case is closed. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
