AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri J.Sunil Kumar and M.Deepa, learned counsels representing Sri T.S.Rayalu, learned counsel of the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by providing minimum time scale to the petitioner.
2. Conversely, Sri T.Venugopal, learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that petitioner already being provided minimum time scale to the petitioner.
