AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 07.07.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.13449 of 2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsels for both the parties submitted that the order dated 07.07.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.13449 of 2021, has been complied with and prays to close the contempt case.
3. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
