ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON K. U. M. RAO V/S S A ANSARI AND ANR

AMARAVATI, India, April 7 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 5:

1. The contempt case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the interim orders dated 21.11.2017, passed in W.P.M.P.No.48468 of 2017 in W.P.No.39147 of 2017.

2. Sri V Padmanabha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner is working in the respondent Corporation. He also submits that the main writ petition itself has been settled in the Lokadalath vide order dated 14.12.2019

3. The said submissions are not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation.
