ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GREEN LINES ENTERPRISES and ORS. V/S GHARDA CHEMICALS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. These appeals have been filed by the appellants/defendants, being aggrieved from the judgment and decree dated 22.12.2009 passed in O.S.No.146 of 1994 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Guntur.

2. Today, when the cases are called, none appeared for the appellants.

3. These matters pertain to the year 2010 shown under the caption 'old matters'.

4. In view of the above, these Appeal Suits are dismissed for want of prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
