WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under section 10 fb 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their Counsel Sri CKR ASSOCIATES praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondent herein for gross and wilful violation of the Final order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.
