AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed questioning the violation of the interim order dated 22.09.2025 (25.09.2025) passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in W.P.No.25281 of 2025, wherein the following interim direction was given. "Therefore, there shall be an interim direction as under;
(i) The Petitioner shall submit his community certificate along with the community certificate of his father and sister issued by the State of Telangana;
(ii) On receipt o the same, the Respondents shall examine and take an appropriate decision with regard to appointment of the Petitioner for the post of School Assistant (Social Studies) before issuing the ...
