AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 02.01.20232, passed by this Court in W.P.No.39063 of 2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsels for both the parties submitted that the order dated 15.12.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.39383 of 2022, has been complied with and prays to close the contempt case.
3. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
