ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BADUGU JOHN DANIEL AND ORS. V/S SRI K VIJAYANAND I A S AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37187 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the contempt case, the respondents have passed the speaking order dated 13.12.2025 and complied with the orders dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37187 of 2022, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
