AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. This Court in W.P.No.9101 of 2025 directed the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 therein to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2025 in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. The prayer was to consider the complaint by the S.H.O.; as such, contempt cannot be alleged against the respondents herein.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
