AMARAVATI, India, March 24 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. Today when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that notices sent to the appellant Nos.1 and 2were returned unserved with an endorsement "Addressee Deceased". As per the postal track report, notice sent to the appellant No.3 was deliveredwith an endorsement "Item delivered to appellant No.3". Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant No.3 and thereby, it is apparent that he is not showing any interest in prosecuting the matter.
2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
