AMARAVATI, India, March 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:
Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
