AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 15.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1727 of 2019.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kranti Girish, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case and the matter becomes infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
