AMARAVATI, India, March 8 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:
1. At the time of considering the matter, Mr. Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C., placed a copy of the proceedings dated 22.10.2024 wherein the representations which were directed to be considered pursuant to the order dated 20.07.2024 were considered and rejected. In view of the same, the cause in the contempt case does not survive.
2. Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek recourse to law against the said proceedings, if he is so advised. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
