The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India, in collaboration with the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, today inaugurated the 4th Edition of the Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave at the Sabhagriha Auditorium, Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara.
