ALIGARH, Aug. 24 -- ALIGARH, August 24: The Centre of Continuing and Adult Education and Extension, in collaboration with the Department of Home Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), organised a workshop on "Family Counselling and Child Welfare" for learners of Adult Education.
Around 100 students and learners participated in the workshop, which provided an interactive platform to exchange views and gain practical insights into family welfare and the social and emotional needs of families and children.
Dr. Mariyam, Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science, and Ms. Nida, Research Scholar, used charts to highlight the importance of understanding the emotional needs of families and children.
