The Centre of Excellence has been established as a platform to support research, testing, and deployment of technologies relevant to the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.Part of the facility will be developed in collaboration with CREDAI.Additionally,a state-of-the-art Plumbing Lab will be set up in association with the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA).
The Centre will enable live technology demonstrations, pilot projects, academic-industry workshops, research collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
