Bengaluru, Sept. 22 -- to-bumper roads to moments when there is simply nowhere for vehicles to move, unnecessary honking has become part of the city's daily commute. This World Heart Day, SPARSH Hospitals has launched 'Horn Don't Maadi', a Bengaluru-focused campaign encouraging motorists to rethink habitual honking and its impact on everyday traffic stress and wellbeing.
The campaign is built around a simple thought: "Can honking move the traffic? If not, what is all this noise doing to us?" While the horn remains an important safety tool, 'Horn Don't Maadi' aims to discourage unnecessary honking driven by frustration, impatience or habit.
