India, Oct. 24 -- A historic milestone was achieved today in the expansion of rail connectivity in the Vindhya region of Madhya Pradesh. In the presence of Hon'ble Union Minister for Railways Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw and Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Mohan Yadav, Satna-Devendranagar and Rewa-Churhat rail sections were inaugurated. On this occasion, the new Devendranagar-Churhat passenger train service was also flagged off. Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw joined from New Delhi in the programme through video conferencing.
