India, July 27 -- The IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Sponsored Summer School on "AI and IoT-Based Cyber-Physical Renewable-Rich Smart Grid Systems" officially commenced today at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur. The five-day national programme (27-31 July 2026)-jointly organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering-was inaugurated with the ceremonial traditional lamp-lighting by Prof. N.P. Padhy, Director, MNIT Jaipur, along with the Chief Guest. The summer school has gathered leading academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students nationwide to deliberate on emerging technologies transforming smart power systems.
