An alumnus of NIT Rourkela and the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, Dr. Srikant earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, USA. Before joining IIT Bhubaneswar, he worked with the Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory, Hyderabad, MIT, USA and Saint-Gobain Research India.
