Jammu, Aug. 7 -- day Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for Young Managers (Batch-III) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) with a valedictory ceremony held at the Bharat Classroom, Jagti Campus. The programme, conducted from 3-7 August 2026, was designed to equip young managers with contemporary leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, managerial effectiveness, and emerging business perspectives through an immersive learning experience.
