India, April 20 -- In a landmark move poised to redefine the industrial landscape of Northern India, Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation Ltd (UPLC).
