Since its inception, the DIKSHa Centre in Kadapa has trained over 567 youth, with 409 successfully placed across leading healthcare institutions, retail and service sector organisations, creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural youth.
As Andhra Pradesh continues to strengthen its healthcare and service ecosystem, industry-aligned vocational programmes such as General Duty Assistant and Customer Relationship Management are creating pathways to employment for rural youth while helping address the growing demand for skilled professionals.
