India, Aug. 11 -- HYDERABAD- BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) and global technology company HCLTech have announced key milestones in their joint effort to bridge the technology skill gap, graduating 181 professionals from their B.Sc. Design and Computing program while scaling total active enrolment to over 4,200 learners.
The strategic alliance combines a formal higher education degree from BITS Pilani WILP with full-time corporate employment at HCLTech. By applying academic concepts directly to live enterprise projects, students earn an accredited degree while accumulating four to five years of hands-on work experience, allowing them to step directly into senior roles upon graduation.
