ALIGARH, July 12 -- ALIGARH : "Teachers play the most crucial role in shaping the academic identity of a school, and sustained excellence can be achieved only through systematic planning, discipline, and continuous evaluation," said Mr. Faisal Nafees, Principal, STS School, Aligarh Muslim University, while delivering a lecture on academic preparedness at Aligarh Public School (APS).
Addressing the faculty members, Mr. Nafees said teachers are central to the holistic development of students and should maintain a daily teaching diary to record lesson plans, classroom activities, and students' progress.
