India, May 20 -- The National Accounts Division, National Statistics Office, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI), Government of India, organizes Annual Joint Discussions on Comparable Estimates of State Domestic Product (SDP) Estimates every year between officials of the National Accounts Division (NAD) and the Directorates of Economics & Statistics (DESs) of States/UTs. The discussions aim to reconcile differences in SDP estimates compiled independently by the States/UTs and NAD, NSO.
