ALIGARH, Feb. 10 -- day national seminar on "Socio-Cultural Aspects of Indian Folk Literature" on February 11 and 12 at the Faculty of Arts Lounge, AMU.
Being held on the eve of International Mother Language Day, the seminar aims to explore the rich socio-cultural dimensions of Indian folk literature and its role in preserving linguistic diversity, collective memory and cultural traditions. Scholars from different parts of the country are expected to deliberate on various aspects of folk narratives, oral traditions and their contemporary relevance.
