ALIGARH, Feb. 10 -- 26, marking a significant academic distinction for the University.
Dr Khan will undertake a two-year research project titled "Impact Assessment of Rural Markets on Socio-Economic Transformation of Rural Population in Aligarh District: Using Geospatial Technologies." The study aims to analyse the role of rural markets in socio-economic change through advanced geospatial tools and methodologies.
The fellowship carries a monthly stipend of Rs.45,000 and is granted under the ICSSR's Senior Fellowship scheme, which supports high-quality social science research of national relevance.
