The programme was organised under the overall supervision of Prof. Orus Ilyas, Provost, S.N. Hall, with the participation of Wardens Dr. Kaleem Ahmad, Dr. Ruquiya Afrose, Dr. Fahmeeda Zeenat, Ms. Aimen Faheem and Ms. Varisha, along with staff members and Hall residents.
The residents were apprised of the physical, psychological, social and academic consequences of substance use and were encouraged to adopt responsible and disciplined lifestyles. The programme also focused on early identification of warning signs, preventive measures, behavioural changes associated with substance use, the role of peer support, and the importance of timely counselling and appropriate support.
