ALIGARH, Feb. 16 -- week workshop titled "Food Preservation and Processing Methods," focusing on both practical and theoretical dimensions of food preservation, food safety, nutrition and sustainability.

The workshop aimed to equip students with hands-on skills and conceptual clarity in contemporary food processing techniques while encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in the food sector.
