The programme featured Dr Nasheed Imtiaz, Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, and Coordinator, Students' Counselling Centre, AMU, as the resource person. The session began with a welcome address by Principal Dr Naila Rashid, following which Dr Imtiaz delivered an informative and motivating lecture, sensitively addressing the challenges associated with examination stress.
