ALIGARH, Oct. 21 -- aided design and material testing.
Conducted under the guidance of Dr. Rizwan Hussain and Dr. Farasha Sama, the visit familiarised students with CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, CNC programming, mould development, injection and blow moulding, plastic extrusion, and polymer testing and quality control procedures. The students also learned about calibration, quality assurance and industrial standards.
Dr. Mohammad Zain Khan, Training and Placement Officer, Department of Industrial Chemistry, encouraged students to participate in such visits to strengthen their practical knowledge and remain abreast of technological developments.
